ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow maximum of 3 business days for order processing.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure that all orders are quality checked and updated in our Hong Kong headquarters as quickly as possible.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

Items will be shipped out as soon as the order is processed. Generally, we ship our products from our Hong Kong warehouse by DHL or UPS. Postage costs will be calculated automatically at check out.

Generally, our courier company will take about 3-7 business days for shipment. In some rare cases, delivery time might be delayed due to local customs clearance.

Due to potential unforeseen factors, we can't guarantee you will receive your goods on time. The following situations will affect the time you receive the goods:Wrong information, such as consignee address, consignee name, consignee postal code and other required information about consignee.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you do not like/are not satisfied with an item within 30 days of receiving it, you can return the item for a refund or an exchange providing it is unused and retuned in resalable condition. Products must be returned in the condition they were received in, with the original package, still sealed and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returned items or apply a 15% charge, if they show evidence of installation or user abuse, or are not in a resalable condition when returned. Customers are liable for the return postage costs.

 

CUSTOMS, TAX AND FEES

The price on our website does not include customs tax and duties and any other government fees uncured as a result of the purchase. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges shall be taken care of by the buyer.
